Our practice will be introducing Emma AI, a new digital assistant designed to help us manage patient enquiries more efficiently and improve access to our services.

Emma AI will support our reception and clinical teams by handling routine requests such as appointment queries, prescription information, and signposting patients to the right services. This will help reduce waiting times and ensure our staff can focus more of their time on patients who need direct care and support.

Emma AI is not a replacement for our staff or clinicians. Instead, it works alongside our team, helping us respond more quickly to common questions and making it easier for patients to get the information they need, when they need it.

We are introducing Emma AI as part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient experience and access to care.
