Digital Mental Wellbeing Posted or Updated on 2 Jul 2024

Good Thinking supports Londoners to look after their mental health and wellbeing in a way that works for them. Since its launch in 2017, more than 750,000 people have used the digital service to tackle anxiety, stress, low mood, sleep problems and other concerns.

The range of mental wellbeing tools and resources available includes:

  • free apps (NHS-approved and independently assessed)
  • quick quizzes which give tailored support recommendations
  • printable workbooks and guides
  • advice articles with tips to boost mental health
  • blogs and personal stories
  • podcasts, videos and webinars
