Disabled and Hard of Hearing Patients

The surgery entrance, consulting rooms and disable toilet are suitable for people in wheelchairs. We have a hearing loop at reception and offer a text service for deaf patients.

We also have access to be able to arrange for signers to attend the surgery who trained in British Sign Language.

Please note however, that this support is only available for pre-booked appointments and is not available for urgent appointments.

Out of Hours Service

Seldoc

If you have an emergency when the surgery is closed, please ring the local GP Co-operative SELDOC on 020 8693 9066. They provide an ‘on-call’ service to ensure you can get medical advice when the surgery is closed. If you need medical attention you may be asked to attend SELDOC’s out of hours surgery on East Dulwich Grove, London, SE22 8PT.

NHS 111

When our practice is closed you can still get support. You can get expert medical advice and useful information by calling NHS 111 or through 111 online.

The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day and can provide patient information, issue prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, book a GP appointment, and, if necessary, refer people to emergency services.
