Late Policy
The practice has agreed that if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot see you and you will have to rebook. This policy is intended to help doctors and nurses keep to time and reduce waiting times for all patients.
Home Visits
For housebound patients or patients with restricted mobility. If you are too ill to come to the surgery please telephone reception on 020 8696 5508 as early as possible. Home visits are very demanding of the doctors’ time and we especially encourage parents to bring children to the surgery if possible. We have many elderly and housebound patients and try to reserve home visits solely for them. All home visits requested after 2.00pm, will be carried out by the doctor on call after the evening surgery.
