NHS e-Referral (Choose & Book) Tracking
If you've been referred to a specialist through the NHS e-Referral Service, booking your appointment online is easy, safe and secure.
You can use the service to book, check, change and cancel appointments online. Visit www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/hospitals/book-an-appointment for more information.
Once you have received your letter (normally around 2 weeks) you will need the following information to login:
- Your date of birth
- Reference number (this will be on the first page of your letter)
- Password (this will be on the second page of your letter)
