There may be alternative health support available to you, our practice support team are trained to identify when this is a suitable pathway for our patients. They are able to offer referrals and/or appointments for MSK Physiotherapy for pain and first contact physio appointments, and to our social prescribing service that is able to assist with many different social and community issues that can affect a person’s health.

Cancelling an Appointment

You can cancel an appointment by using one of the following methods:

Lambeth Access Hub

If we cannot accommodate your request for an appointment our receptionist will offer you an appointment at one of Lambeth’s access Hub.

The access Hubs are in different areas of Lambeth and may be more suitable if you are not local to the practice when the appointment is required.

If you require an interpreting service for your consultations with the doctor or nurse, we will gladly arrange this for you. Please tell us when you book an appointment.

Late Policy

The practice has agreed that if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot see you and you will have to rebook. This policy is intended to help doctors and nurses keep to time and reduce waiting times for all patients.

Failing To Attend An Appointment

Please be aware that the average cost of an appointment not being attended (DNA) is £120 and that millions of pounds a year are wasted by patients failing to attend appointments.
